Smith Mountain Lake has been home
for 22
years. A native Midwesterner, I relocated here from the Midwest and opened my own construction
company.
But I eventually became more interested in real
estate, which has been my career for a long time now.
And here is a
very
important truth about real estate: Buying or selling a home usually involves
life savings and having to trust a virtual stranger to help. This is a horrible
thought - but not if you work with me. This is because I will treat your
hard-earned money with the same concern as if I was at risk. I take my
obligation to watch out for my clients very seriously. |

In addition to years of experience, millions in sales, great
advertising and marketing, etcetera... all of the usual things us real estate agents
hype about themselves, I have three extra and unique qualifications, and I am the only agent I know of
here that offers
all of these:
1.) Broker's License. This
is three times more real estate education than just an agent. And
I passed the exams and earned it in the shortest amount of time legally
possible. There is a difference, just as in medicine or law, like a surgeon
versus an intern, or a judge compared to a lawyer.
2.) Building Contractor. I
was a state licensed general building contractor for many years. I understand
construction inside-out, which helps me to help you, whether you’re a buyer or a
seller.
3.) Computer Expertise.
Website programming, virtual tours, advertising design, brochure publishing,
photography and videography... I
do all of these, and more. Today’s real estate increasingly relies on
technical proficiency.
In short, I'm a true professional that knows his
